Our “Plant Sale Digging Committee” 😊 has been very busy this week visiting member’s homes and filling pots. So busy, in fact, that we have essentially run out of pots except for very small ones. We could really use 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” pots.

Our local fauna, rabbits, deer, foxes, and backyard songbirds, are all active now.
Try adding a shallow birdbath or native shrubs like viburnum to invite birds and beneficial insects. Remember, your garden is part of the larger ecosystem.

Volunteers Needed!! Fo the Habitat Garden Project! The Bull Valley Garden Club is excited to continue our Habitat Garden Project, and we’d love your help bringing it to life!We’re currently looking for volunteers to join us as we create a beautiful, welcoming outdoor space for a deserving family. Whether you have a green thumb or just enjoy being outdoors and lending a hand, all are welcome! You might see a feature in the Woodstock Independent, and thanks to the amazing seniors from McHenry High School, door hangers are being distributed throughout the neighborhood to help spread the word. We’re so grateful for the community support already growing around this project! If you’re interested in volunteering, please comment below or send us a message. We’d love to have you join us!
