That moment when you open a floor and realize the whole house is… WRONG 😳🏚️

The main girder didn’t even run the right direction. It stretched across the entire span, so we had to rip it out and replace it with massive steel I‑beams. Then? Every TGI joist had to be sistered with 16‑inch material because you can’t just throw in 2x10s.

This is structural surgery. And our crew? Straight‑up magicians. 🪄💪
