-Updated Leak Search & Repair Policy-
Leak searches can be unpredictable and time-consuming. Since the time required to locate and repair a leak can vary significantly, we are updating our approach to ensure we can effectively serve all customers while still dedicating the necessary time for thorough leak detection and repairs.

🔹 Initial Leak Search & Repair Visit:
All leak searches will be scheduled with a two-hour appointment block.
If the leak is found within this time, we will proceed with the repair if possible.

🔹 Difficult Leaks:
If the leak is not found within the initial appointment, it may require a more extensive search and repair.
At the two-hour mark, we will stop and consult with the customer about the next steps.
If more time is needed, we will schedule a full-day service appointment to properly allocate time for the repair.

🔹 Why This Change?
By implementing this policy, we can better manage our schedule and serve more customers while still providing the necessary time for complex leak issues. This helps us avoid long, unpredictable service calls that could prevent others from getting the help they need.

In case you haven’t heard, Balboa Water Group is officially retiring its long-standing VS Control Systems and VL Topsides after over 20 years of service. This includes the popular VS-500 series and licensed controls like Cal-Spas CS systems.

What does this mean? Although most spa owners won’t need a replacement anytime soon, it’s interesting to see how spa technology is advancing. Limited stock of these classic control systems will be available until production fully halts, with new options ready to step in.
