PLEASE READ — I NEED HELP FOR SAGE 💔
I’ve kept quiet about my life-altering event last January because I’ve simply had too much to deal with. But it’s time I get it out — for myself and for my dog, Sage.
My former roommate (piece of s**t) was careless and irresponsible, and her pug constantly attacked Sage — over and over — no matter how many times I begged her to keep her dog away. I tried everything to protect Sage, but that loser always found a way to unleash her pug.
To make things worse, she constantly crossed boundaries with me — touching me inappropriately, making me uncomfortable — and Sage could feel my anger and tension. Over time, my sweet girl started becoming reactive and protective, mirroring everything I was feeling.
And then came the day that changed everything.
That Piece of S**t grabbed Sage by the shoulder, lifted her six feet in the air, and threw her over a fence. Sage hit the ground hard on her back. I completely lost it. I slapped her and shoved her — and I went to jail for 9 hours. No charges were filed. She claimed Sage bit her. Rewind. Look closely. Sage did no such thing.
But the emotional fallout has been brutal. I had to pack up my entire life and move onto my bus in under a month, before I was ready. Now I’m left with a dog who’s a shell of herself — traumatized, reactive, and even aggressive toward me. She barks and loses control when she sees anyone hug or touch me. It’s heartbreaking.
I’ve tried several trainers, but nothing has worked so far. I’m desperate for a behaviorist or trainer experienced with trauma cases — someone who can help rebuild the trust and calm inside her.

Sage deserves to heal. And I’m not giving up on her. ❤️🩹 I left out the part where I bitch slapped her and pushed her down because I don’t wanna take away from what she did to my dog but she deserved far worse and every police officer that day said the same thing to me. They were shocked that she was not taken away in a stretcher after what she did to my dog right in front of me.
