With a few simple tricks you can solve both problems. Do the following and you can give your hard earned money away while simultaneously getting that quality time with your favorite service plumber.
1. Flush any and all of the following.
Baby whipes
Feminine products
"Flushable" wet whipes
Tooth brushes
Dog toys
Rags
Or get creative and try to surprise me. (Bet you
can't)
2. Run outside and hook up those garden hoses.
Be sure to leave them on when it's getting cold
out.
3. Leave those foundation vents open and let that
Winter air flow into the crawl space.

Do just one or any combination of all, and you can be the envy of the neighborhood with the ever stylish service van in your driveway. All that annoying extra money lying around will be hauled away.
