We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and genuinely cares about helping customers.

What You’ll Do
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
* Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
* Clearly explain repair options to customers
* Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
* Represent AAA Airco with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
* HVAC service experience required- at least 3 years
* EPA Certification
* Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Someone who treats customers’ homes with respect
