Phase one of this transformation - lowering and leveling the floor to create higher ceilings and completely change the feeling of the space.

We demolished the existing slab, removed soil, installed rough plumbing, and poured a brand-new concrete floor from scratch.

The space already feels bigger, brighter, and more open. And this is only the beginning.

Next step - framing, walls, and turning this first floor into a true living space.

Corey had one request - make it feel like it belongs.

His home has a modern barn style, and he didn't want a shed that looked like an afterthought in the backyard.

So we took our Monterey model and made it his - metal roof, matching metal siding panel on the side, cedar cladding, and black frame sliding doors that tie everything together.

The result? You'd think it was always there.

Now he works from a private office 30 seconds from his house, with a deck to step out onto between calls

Custom backyard office designed to match the architecture of the existing home.

For this project, we carefully adapted the roof lines, metal finishes, cedar siding, and architectural details to create a seamless connection between the house and the office.

Every project is different. Some homes inspire us to closely match the existing architecture, while others call for a cleaner and more modern direction, while still keeping the structure balanced within the property and backyard space.
