When a customer inboxes you about hanging a 75in TV, We give them a price and set a date.

We get there and find out it is a 75in Samsung Picture TV and the mounting of those the correct way is annoying as all out doors. But we get it done the correct way and make sure it looks right. We hook everything back up and make sure the TV works correctly.

We would like to thank Mr. Shakur for allowing us into his home to handle his household needs. We hope we lived up to your standards.

When a customer says they need a bathroom exhaust fan replaced. We say we got you.

First we check to see if the fan is out by checking to power. Then we get up in the attic locate the exhaust line and pull out the old unit. Get the new one in and secure it to the ceiling beams. Run the wires and tie it into the fan. Get back in the bathroom install the fan unit into the housing, test it, and then put the new cover on it and the job is done.

When a customer states she needs 2 bathroom faucets replaced. We dig in and get the job done.

Half bathroom faucet replaced downstairs and hall bathroom faucet replaced upstairs. Also swapped out Kitchen sink faucet.

When your people call and states that their garbage disposal isn’t working. We say no worries, we got ya

Out with the old and in with the new. And we pick up the new one.

Boy the things you see with some jacklegged contractors and the work they do instead of going under the house and install a home run line for the stove they jump the line from a junction box. When they already had a hole in the corner where you could reach through the vent hole and push it through the hole that was already there.

6/3 wire, 50 amp double breaker and presto 240 outlet working for stove. And now they can cook again. Do it right the first time.

When a repeat customer calls and say we have some work for you, when are you available? We set a time and date and we get there and get it done.

Add the last cabinet on top of another cabinet, secure them together and to the wall. Change out the dining room chandelier and hang a tv in the wife’s office area.

When the property management company you work with says we got a job for you that needs to be done in 2 days. You kind of scratch your head and say okay. Then you see the project and says “Huh” But being we have a rep to maintain we take on the job anyway.

One thing we do know. Never tile over tile on a wall if you are not gonna tile over everything and please use the same color tile. So out with the old and in with the new. A total gut in 2 days. New shower surround in. Paint job in a few days.

When a property management company says we need an estimate on replacing a front porch flooring. We go look at it and send the estimate. When they say we accept, we are on it.

Out with the 1in tongue and groove plywood and in with 48 1in x 6in x 8ft decking boards. Installed and ready for use. But ripping up that plywood was a hand full. But we got this.

When you get a text stating that we have an emergency and we need it fixed ASAP, tenant says Kitchen sink fell and you get the first picture and we say, “What in the World?” Then the next words are we got you.

Get there and the sink has completely disconnected from the countertop. So we get to work to make it right. Pull out the sink, scrape the silicone off the bottom of the countertop, clean the sink rim, install new under mount sink clips, put new silicone on sink rim, mount sink, tighten sink clips, install more silicone to water proof the sink, reinstall pvc drainage system and bingo it’s just like new.

When homeowner calls you again about his rental property and states that the tenant is complaining about the toilet won’t stop running water and asks can we fix it. We say sure.

Get there the tenant says it just keeps running and we have to lift the lid and shake the flush valve to make it stop. We examine the toilet and say you might need a new flapper too. So we install the new flush valve and flapper. Now the toilet is working fine.

When you get a message that someone’s kitchen sink is leaking, we get the address and get there and do an inspection.

Upon inspection we find out that they had a torn pvc gasket and the plumbers putty under the drain is gone. So we get a new gasket and some plumbers putty and put everything back together. All leaks gone.
