This new deck created a clean, functional outdoor space right off the back of the home, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Built with durable composite decking, this design provides a low-maintenance surface that will hold up well through the seasons.

One unique feature of this project was working around a basement window well located beneath the deck. To maintain access and safety, we built a custom removable access door into the deck surface so the window well can still be reached when needed while keeping the deck looking seamless and functional.

The structure was carefully raised and properly supported before replacing the deck entirely to ensure long-term safety and stability. Due to how far the porch had settled, an additional step was added to restore proper access and improve overall functionality.
