Blended: $16/hr base + $30 for every qualified estimate you schedule. Our strong marketers are booking 10–15 estimates in about 18 hours of knocking — do that math.
Commission Only: $50 per qualified scheduled estimate, plus $5 for every lead, even the ones that don't book.
