Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated construction team member to assist with residential construction and remodeling projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a small team environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist with residential construction and remodeling tasks
• Perform general labor duties including framing, drywall, demo, and cleanup
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines
• Work closely with the owner and crew to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications
• Construction experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

TNT Horseshoeing is looking to fill a Helper position. We are a fast growing farrier service located in eastern Colorado. Primarily working on ranch and rodeo horses. Work would be One day a week to start, but could turn into more.

Basic duties will include but are not limited to:
-pulling shoes and finishing.
-helping keep the work space and rig clean and tidy.

I will take the time and teach you how I want it done, farrier experience isn’t required. But knowledge of horses and horsemanship is a must. Pay is based off experience.
