Everything underneath the floors of our buildings are pressure-treated lumber. Why is this important? Pressure-treated lumber is able to withstand excessive moisture, termites, decay, and algae. This keeps our buildings from having to go through constant repair and therefore saves millions of trees. Now how cool is that?

Every Heritage Portable Building comes with the option to add Spray foam insulation. This is handy for when you want your shed to stay a consistent temperature, warmer in the Winter and cooler in the Summer.

All of our buildings come with a standard architectural shingle roof. But we also have the option for a metal roof upgrade! Metal roofs reflect heat and therefore stay cooler during warm weather. They also come in more colors to dress up your shed!
