The only thing left in the new bathroom is to paint the mirror black and hang it. Brandon is no plumber but with the help of Brad Payer, they pulled it off. Brandon worked really hard on it.

Before, during and after...one of the bedrooms❤️. We aren't doing major remodels in most of the house even though it feels like it😂. Pulled the carpet, cleaned the floors, added an area rug, washed the curtains, took off the TV mount, added a new bed, lamps and pictures on the wall.

Maybe I should call this the restroom chronicles. We added this restroom right off the living room. Man it's A LOT of work for those of us who are not carpenters or plumbers! Working on the sheetrock now, sanding....painting, flooring and installing the toilet and vanity next. Shout out to Brad Payer and team for their help, guidance and advice!

Dining room...pulled the carpet (some plaster of some sort under part of it that is basically cement😳). Cleaned the floors and room, changed out the light bulbs (I like daylight bulbs), added and area rug. Hung a few new pics. So beautiful.
