I’m truly grateful for each of you. ❤️

Check out my first two peonies for the year. These must be early bloomers & I had no idea. But I'm loving them.

These two arrangements are available for pickup at my house.

I usually grow all of my own flowers, but since I grow outside without greenhouses, I don’t have fresh blooms this time of year.

With that said… I am making Valentine’s Day flower arrangements ❤️
Arrangements will be $15 & up.
I also have sourdough chocolate chip cookies & peppermint bark.

Pick-up at my house in (243 Loggins Rd) Burns (about a minute from the 4-way stop on Hwy 96).
I can also deliver and/or do a Dickson pick-up at the YMCA parking lot if that works better.

I’m also working on something new this year — so if you’re ready to part with coffee mugs or tea cups, I would love those too!!

With that said… I would love to offer flower arrangements for Valentine’s Day this year. ❤️
Because these will be made with flowers I purchase specifically for orders, I’ll be taking pre-orders, with 50% due when the order is placed.
Arrangements will be $15 and up.

• What you’d like. (style, colors, size/price, etc.)
• What day you’d like to pick them up.

I’ll do my very best to create what you want, depending on flower availability & colors I can get.

Pick-up will be at my house in Burns (about a minute from the 4-way stop on Hwy 96).
I may also be able to arrange a pick-up in Dickson.

I’ll share a few photos below of arrangements I’ve done in the past so you can get an idea of my style. 🌸

Every year I add a few new daffodils (or buttercups, if you were born & raised around here 😉) to my collection.
This year… I might have gotten a little carried away.

I put 200 new daffodil bulbs in the ground today.
Yes, I’m a little late, but they are finally in the ground — fingers crossed they’ll forgive me.
I was crazy busy when I should have been planting… and then I decided going to Florida for Christmas sounded like a good idea 😁

If all goes well, these buttercups will be some of the first happy flowers of spring at my flower stand and the Dickson County Farmers Market.

🌱New Year, Fresh Dirt & Dirty Hands.🌱

Today I spent time in my fields getting things ready for the new growing season.
I planted poppy seeds & started a row of seeds made up of things I usually gather from yards, fields & roadsides — the little fillers & textures that make everything come together.

I’ve been collecting those seeds all year so I could grow my own little wild field instead of running all over looking for them.
Because flowers, to me, aren’t just something pretty to sell. They’re about slowing down, noticing what others pass by & finding beauty right where you are.

This idea has been living in my head for a while & today it finally started. And I’m so excited about it!!

My crimson clover & winter wheat are also doing AMAZING, and seeing them grow just reminds me why I love what I do so much.

Thank you to everyone who supports me, encourages me & believes in my sometimes crazy ideas. 😁 It truly means more than you know.
Y'all help make it possible for me to keep growing flowers. ❤️

And just a reminder — I have all of my seeds available for sale if you’d like to grow a little bit of happiness for yourself.

I just want to say how much I appreciate all of y'all!! ❤️
It took me a few days to recover after teacher appreciation week & Mother's Day weekend.(you know because I am old)🤣But in no way am I complaining!! I have never made so many arrangements, flower cups & cookies in one week & I also tried to keep my flower stand stocked too. I only had 5 people not show up for their orders.
I absolutely love sharing my flowers with others. It just makes me happy to make other people happy. 😁
I wanted to say thanks & share this flyer that I made up. You can save it, share it, print it or come by my house or the market & pick up a printed one from me. It should have all the answers to the questions people have been asking me.
As long as I have flowers blooming all you have to do is text me what you want, around a price range and what day & time you'd like to pick it up. I will do my best to help you out. And again thanks for all the orders!! ❤️

I made these 3 flavors of Cake in a Jar last week for the market.
I'm thinking about making a few more flavors for this weekend.
What do y'all think about Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Buttercream &/or Red Velvet Cake with Buttercream Icing. Or if you have any other ideas.
