Most companies celebrate a 5-year workiversary with the usual suspects: a raise, a couple extra vacation days, maybe a shiny plaque or some balloons. 🎉

At Nolan Engineering? We go for something a little more… timeless. ⏳

Instead of PTO or a coffee mug, you get your very own historical timepiece portrait. 👑⚔️

We’re talking epic stares, heroic stances, medals galore, and the kind of portrait you’d expect to see hanging in a castle or museum — the sort of thing that makes visitors stop and whisper, “Were they a general? A naval commander? Royalty?”

Each portrait gets proudly hung in our conference room, where they’ve become one of the best conversation starters. It’s hard not to admire (or chuckle at) the level of seriousness in each masterpiece.
