We are excited to share that Nolan Engineering, PLLC has acquired Nelson Associates Architectural Engineering.

Since 1994, Nelson Associates has built an established and respected name in the Utica area, with a strong focus on State and municipal contracts, public bids, and architectural engineering services. Their experience, reputation, and long-standing client relationships bring tremendous value, and we are honored to help carry that legacy forward.

At Nolan Engineering, our work has historically focused on residential and commercial projects, structural design, and structural inspections. The combination of these two firms creates a unique opportunity to bring together complementary strengths, expand our capabilities, and better serve clients across a broader range of project types.

We are especially excited about the opportunity for collaboration, cross-training, and thoughtful growth. While both firms will continue serving their clients with the same professionalism and care, this next chapter allows us to learn from one another, build on each company’s strengths, and create new opportunities for our team and our clients.
