Decisions, decisionsā€¦ šŸ‘€

From bold pops of color to timeless stone and textured tile, the design possibilities are endless.

Every great space starts with thoughtful selections, and sometimes the hardest part is choosing just one.

Good thing youā€™ve got our design team to help make those tough decisions a whole lot easier. šŸ˜‰

Our pumpkin intern is making the rounds and sending outdated trends straight to the design graveyard. šŸ’€

From the craftsmanship to the attention to detail, our trades are a huge part of what makes every LivCo project come to life.

We recently got to step away from the jobsites and celebrate these hardworking crews with a Trades Appreciation outing at Alter Brewing Company ! šŸ»

To all of our incredible trades partners, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and the pride you put into every project. Weā€™re lucky to work alongside such talented people, and we couldnā€™t do what we do without you!

From the intricate botanical wallcovering to the sculptural marble sink, every element of this powder room was thoughtfully considered. Unlacquered brass tones, rich cabinetry, and delicate metalwork bring warmth and depth to a space where every detail matters.

Small in scale, rich in character. See more of this home, link in comments.

When daylight is in short supply, we say BRING ON THE WINDOWS. Walls of windows flood your kitchen with natural light, make the space feel bigger, and give you every last drop of that precious fall sunshine.

Because if the sunā€™s calling it quits at 5 PM, weā€™re making the most of its shift. šŸ‚

šŸŽƒMeet the newest member of the LivCo team.

Theyā€™ve been haunting the halls, handling office tasks, and really bringing some spirit to the workplace.

šŸŽø Sunday jam sessions just hit different when the room has this much soul.

Bold wallpaper, sleek glass doors, and a flexible space that goes from laid-back lounging to turning up the volume.

Forget ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump in the night. šŸ‘»

We asked our resident LivCo ghost to decorate the office for Halloween, and apparently it knows exactly what keeps designers and contractors up at night. šŸ’€

Delayed materials? Terrifying. Cloth wiring? Nightmare fuel. And thatā€™s just the beginning.

This built-in bar is hiding somethingā€¦

Those structural columns supporting the new vaulted space? Theyā€™re cleverly concealed inside a custom bar that does a whole lot more than look good.

Designed to create a natural separation between the open floor plan and basement stairs, this hardworking built-in adds extra storage and a buffet-style serving area perfect for pizza parties and entertaining.

What started as an unavoidable structural necessity became an intentional design feature. And honestly, we love a good plot twist. šŸ•

Are entrepreneurs born, madeā€”or do they simply see opportunities that others miss?

This week on LivLive, we're welcoming back Nik Rokop for a second conversation about entrepreneurship, engineering, and the art of simplifying complex problems.

Nik is an engineer, entrepreneur, educator, and longtime mentor who has spent decades starting businesses, acquiring companies, and helping others turn ideas into reality.

In our first conversation, we explored what makes someone an entrepreneur. This time, we're digging deeper into how entrepreneurs actually think.

How has Nik's engineering background shaped his approach to business? What makes a complicated problem simple? And when it comes to starting or buying companies, is success the result of careful planningā€”or recognizing the right opportunity at the right time?

We'll explore the intersection of engineering and entrepreneurship, the balance between analysis and action, and what Nik has learned from a lifetime of building businesses and helping others do the same.

Join us for another great conversation about ideas, opportunities, problem-solving, and the entrepreneurial mindset.
