One of the best feelings as a business owner is sitting back and watching the team lead the conversation.
Today’s Wednesday Rhythm Meeting carried us right into the afternoon. Around the table was our Administrative Assistant, Mitigation Operations Manager, Repair Project Manager, and myself.
We reviewed:
✔️ 20 active repair projects
✔️ 5 repair projects in pre-production
✔️ 15 active mitigation projects
✔️ 20+ files in collections and administration
✔️ An active lead pipeline
With a lean team, we continue to move a lot of projects forward while keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
I spent part of the meeting working on cash flow, AR, and projections—because in restoration, cash flow matters just as much as production.
What stood out most wasn’t the workload. It was seeing the systems we’ve spent the last year building actually working. The team drove the meeting. The software supported the process. The communication flowed. There was delegation, and there was follow-through.
We’re still improving every day, but today felt like a glimpse of what scale looks like.
Build systems. Build people. Then watch the momentum take over!
