Sometimes the clearest example of company culture happens when no one is trying to make one.

Recently, one of our team members needed urgent care after cutting his finger while pruning. His account manager stayed by his side, made sure he received care and drove him home afterward.

When the account manager arrived home that evening, he discovered that his daughter had made a card for the injured team member—and had even taken the time to translate her message into Spanish.

It was a small gesture that said something much bigger: at Impullitti, we genuinely care for the people beside us. That care extends beyond the jobsite, beyond the workday and even to the families behind our team.

We recently launched English as a Second Language classes for our Spanish-speaking team members, bringing an experienced local community college instructor directly to our office for a six-week session.

Eighteen employees signed up for the first class—and another 18 are already registered for session two. Their excitement and commitment to learning have been incredible to see!
