Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania...
* Until 145 PM EDT.
* At 1244 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 10 miles northeast of Clarion to near Indiana, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Indiana, Punxsutawney, Vandergrift, Kittanning, Brookville, Lower Burrell, Harrison Township, Ford City, Reynoldsville, Leechburg, Sarver, Freeport, New Bethlehem, West Kittanning, Saxonburg, Clymer, North Apollo, West Leechburg, Sykesville and Falls Creek.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
