The photos are in, and I’m SO excited to finally share a little more of this project with you guys. 🤎

If you know Butte, you know the Metals Building. Built in 1906, it’s been part of Uptown’s story for 120 years, and getting to be part of this project was something incredibly special.

So much thought and talent went into these spaces, and I feel lucky to have worked alongside such a great team. I’ll share more soon, but for now, let’s start right here in the hallway.

North Nest is officially ONE. 🥂

To the team I’ve built and everyone who’s supported North Nest along the way, thank you for making this the best first year I could’ve imagined. Every purchase, referral, visit, and word of encouragement has meant the world to me.

And since it’s opening weekend of hunting season… we’re having a little hunt of our own. Everything is 20% off this weekend! Tell your husband you’re going hunting, too. We’ll keep the details between us. 😉

Come hunt down your favorite finds. No camo required.

Happy one year, North Nest.

Officially cut the ribbon for our Butte nest yesterday ✂️

Thank you to everyone who has made North Nest feel so welcome.

Carly Leskovar and Katie Flint, thank you for making room for me and this business I love so much. I’m so happy to be part of Cleveland Market and to celebrate the market’s first birthday together!

Thank you to the Butte Chamber of Commerce for coming out. Dana and Kelly, you’ve been so kind, encouraging, and supportive. And Jeff and Stephanie, thank you for coming to celebrate, it meant so much to have you there.

To Travis and my kids, thank you for being beside me through all of this, it’s a family operation around here.

Butte has given me a home, and I hope to give a little of that back through the connections we build and the homes we create. I’m so excited for what’s ahead.

Some days interior designers are glorified movers, and I’m okay with that.

This is the part where it all comes together, and there’s nowhere else I’d rather be. Sweat and all 😅

MEET HARPER 🤎

We’re so excited to welcome Harper to North Nest as our newest Showroom Associate!

Harper is a junior at Three Forks High School who loves decorating, organizing, getting creative, and making spaces feel beautiful, so naturally, she fits right in around here.

She’ll be in the Harrison showroom on Saturdays from 11–5, so stop in, say hi + get to know the newest face at the Nest!

And this is only the beginning… Harper has some creative ideas of her own that may just be making their way into the showroom soon.✨

Welcome to the Nest, Harper! We are thrilled you’re apart of our team!

BUTTE, WE’RE OPEN. 🤎

I don’t even really know how to put today into words yet.

Thank you to every single person who stopped in, bought something, built a bouquet, hugged me, hyped me up, brought their kids, told a friend, or simply came to see what I’ve been working on.

Building a business is equal parts exciting and unhinged.. and days like today make every late night and last-minute panic worth it.

North Nest Butte is officially open.

And damn, she’s cute. 🤎

Meet Travis.

Travis is married to an interior designer.

Travis’s wife decided opening one store wasn’t enough, so naturally she’s opening her second store in a year.

Travis is thrilled.

Travis loves moving furniture.

Travis loves hearing “I just need your help really quick.”

Travis needs your support.

Come support Travis (and North Nest) September 5th at our SECOND GRAND OPENING in Uptown Butte at the Cleveland Market.

Lately there’s been a lot of new faces here, so maybe this is a good good time to put this out there.

I don’t really believe the best homes are the most perfect ones. I think they’re the ones that feel connected to the people living in them. The ones that tell their story.

A lot of my work happens somewhere between instinct, texture, light, functionality, emotion, and paying attention to the little things most people wouldn’t notice. Slowly watching a space come to life will probably always be my favorite part.

Currently layering this mountain project together piece by piece and obsessed with how it’s coming alive.
