✨ Project Spotlight: Pentwater Cottage ✨

We recently had the privilege of working alongside Midtown Craftsman on a beautiful cottage remodel in Pentwater, MI for a client we’ve partnered with several times in Grand Rapids.

We painted every wall, ceiling, and trim in a crisp white, creating a fresh, timeless backdrop for this stunning family retreat. Featured here:

Once upon a time, there was a Master bathroom that had seen better days… so our client asked us to redesign and finish the space; this is the result. After 4 months of design, shopping, and general hard work, this bathroom was transformed into a fresh, transitional style that met their needs and wants (steam shower!). Before & After Transformation
We recently completed a full kitchen refresh in Byron Center, MI, updating a dated 30-year-old space with thoughtful details and timeless materials.

The original golden oak cabinetry, green countertops, and outdated tile were replaced with:
– Old Masters Gel Stain in Spanish Oak for a rich, modern finish
– White quartz countertops for a clean, bright surface
– Unlacquered brass hardware to add warmth and elegance
– Handmade subway tile backsplash for subtle texture
– Glass-front cabinet doors to bring light and dimension to the space

A beautiful balance of classic character and modern function.
