Amanda's Greenhouse No longer open :-( Three greenhouses are gone. We grow perennials in our fields and dig and pot them in the spring.

Customers are pleased with the size, hardiness and price of our perennials. We also have four greenhouses and in the spring they are filled with plants, including many unusual varieties.

DIG YOUR OWN DAYLILIES - $10 a five gallon bucket.

I am no longer able to take care of all my gardens, so I will open the fields to the left of my house as you look from the road for people who want to come dig daylilies. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, 11 am - 1 pm. Every day in July.

BRING YOUR OWN SHOVEL and ideally your own bucket, although I have some. Right now there are all kinds of daylily colors and combos.

Potted perennials on sale as well.

Final Close-Out Sale. Come by any time. Self-serve. Checks or cash. All remaining small individual potted flower and vegetable - 50 cents each. All 4-packs - $1 each. Small perennials, $3 each or 4/$10. Perennials in gallon pots - $8 each or 4/ $25. There are five mixed garden pots and some of the more expensive perennials that are now $10 each, or four for $30.

This is "Kniolas Black" morning glory (why "black"?) blooming today on an early planting in my greenhouse. You can drop by any time, any day, to see what's left in the greenhouse. It's self-serve, cash or check. There are quite a few individually potted plants for $1 each - Gummy Bear sunflowers and others, cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, zinnias, tall marigolds, etc. Four packs are $2.

I may be officially closed, but I also got a tad carried away planting flowers for myself ... so I have some nice annuals here and am open on a self-serve basis WHENEVER you want to come by. (check or cash only, please.)

I have quite a few individually potted plants for $1 each including morning glories, tall marigolds and a good selection of sunflowers. In the photo are 4-packs of zinnias ($2 each); coleus in 4.5 inch its ($3 each); and Dahlias in 4.5 " pots ($4 each).

Saturday Cabot is having a town-wide yard sale 9 am - 2 pm. Also more vendors, lunch and strawberry shortcake on the common. Such a great town!

Well Folks, sorry to say, but Officially, we are CLOSED. A series of situations have made this inevitable. However, I still bought a mess of seeds and cuttings, because I NEED to be growing something. And we have odds and ends of perennials we have dug.

I'm guessing mid-May I will open on a self-serve basis. Stay tuned.
