Earlier this summer, Wayne had the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind catio inside the ground floor of an old barn for some incredibly kind homeowners. After rescuing several stray cats, they wanted a safe, cozy place where their feline friends could spend the nights, and this project delivered!

This custom cat haven features ramps, benches, and climbing platforms for endless adventures, along with convenient access points for feeding and cleaning the litter boxes. There's even a small enclosed deck, accessible through a window, where the cats can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine.

For those well-deserved cat naps, the owners added self-heating pads and warming boxes to the elevated platforms, creating the ultimate cozy retreat. The finishing touch? A charming sliding barn-style door that perfectly complements the space.

What a fun and rewarding project—and a pretty amazing home for some very lucky cats! 🐈❤️
