-four smaller closets
-4x15 walk-in pantry
-living room
-dining room
-laundry room
-16 interior doors
-all of the window and door trim
-all of the baseboard trim
-ceilings
-patch work

This customer's space has undergone a huge transformation. Flooring and railing installation are complete, and new stairs have been built. The only thing that remains is installing trim around the perimeter of the plate form and stairs.

Took a little bit longer than expected with family vacation and working my full-time job, but overall the customer is happy 🙏🏽

I am working with the same customer that i have installed flooring for recently. Had more subfloor to rip up and replace. In between the flooring projects. I took care of the ceiling repair. Time for finish trim, railings and new stairs. Stay tuned! ✊🏽

This house featured a Japanese style design throughout, and the homeowner is renovating it to eliminate this aesthetic. Phase two of this project involves:
-Removing the steps. (Those stone steps were heavy) -Removing the rotted subfloor
-New flooring will be installed next week.
