💼 What’s your role at Bestbath and how long have you been here?
I’m an E-Commerce Specialist, but my Bestbath journey started six years ago as a temp in the factory crating assembly. Since then, I’ve worn a lot of hats—order entry, Sales Account Specialist, lead, supervisor, and now I run our online shop. Basically, if it involves Bestbath and the internet, I’m your person!

⚽ What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Family time is my favorite time. I also run my own travel business, TMAMA Travels, so planning dream vacations for others is kind of my hobby-turned-side hustle. Most weekends, you can find me at a soccer field cheering on my 8-year-old son, this year I’m also the team manager, which means I keep the schedules, snacks, and sanity in check.

🎧 What song or playlist gets you in the zone?
Anything Bad Bunny. He’s got songs for every mood,whether I need to laugh, cry, or dance it out. Sometimes all three happen before lunch.

🐶 What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
I’m allergic to dogs and cats, so I’ve never actually owned a pet. But I still have “pet nephews” I dog-sit for, and luckily my allergies as an adult are way more forgiving… as long as I don’t cuddle too much.

Help us celebrate Shannon’s 7th Work Anniversary! From day one, Shannon has brought dedication, heart, and a whole lot of project coordination magic to the team.

👉 What’s your role at Bestbath and how long have you been here?
I’m a Project Coordinator supporting the West Coast, Northwest and South Central commercial territories. I started working at Bestbath seven years ago today! I’ve included a photo of my holding my daughter after I got the call from Ron Ray offering me the position. I was so excited. I’m still so glad that I get to work here.

🔄 If you could switch jobs with anyone here for a day, who would it be and why?
If I could switch jobs for a day, I would go to the engineering department so I could try my hand at creating drawings and doing product development and testing. I’m very proud of the quality of our product, and the role Engineering plays in ensuring we make the best showers out there is indispensable.

🎧 What song or playlist gets you in the zone?
My current work playlist is light-hearted and fun. We have MC Hammer’s “Can’t Touch This”, Maroon 5’s “Sugar”, Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA”, Gwen Stefani’s “Sweet Escape” and Paolo Nutini’s “New Shoes,” to name a few.

🎂 What’s something you're excited about in the next few months (work related or personal)?
One exciting thing that is coming up is my baby daughter Sophia’s first birthday in September. I can’t wait to celebrate her with our friends and family!

We’re highlighting Justin, one of our awesome team members, who has kept things running smoothly behind the scenes for the last 5 years!

📦 What’s your role at Bestbath and how long have you been here?
I’ve been here 5 years. My role at Bestbath is Logistics Specialist. I handle a lot of the problems that come through emails and phone calls, and I send some shipments out.

🌎 What’s been a proud/favorite moment for you at Bestbath?
I think my proudest moment was getting a shipment to South America in Colombia. I dealt with customs in Colombia and had multiple people involved from the U.S. and Colombia to get the shower where it needed to go. It was a tough one, took about two weeks. That was about 3–4 years ago, close to when I first started.

🏈 What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
It’s basically just going to my brother’s house and hanging out on the back patio watching TV, barbequing, relaxing with his dogs and my nephew, and doing nothing. Even in the winter we sit out there.

🎶 What song or playlist gets you in the zone?
Adam plays a lot of music back here. If I ever get tired of what he’s listening to, I set my phone up to be priority on his speaker so I can just jump in and play whatever I want. The type of music we listen to mostly depends on the mood because I listen to almost anything. I like country music, like Cody Jinks and Tyler Childers. Then there are times we’re into classic rock, like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. We’ll listen to rap and hip-hop sometimes if we’re in the mood for that. The old stuff though, not the new stuff. I can’t understand what they’re saying, I’m getting old. And then if we feel like rock, we’ll listen to Tool and Slipknot. It really depends on the mood. Sometimes it’s nothing.

🎬 What’s one fun fact most people don’t know about you?
The people around here know a lot about me. I don’t keep quiet about my personal life. I guess a couple things are that I cry during sad movies, and I like to watch pet videos that have a voiceover.

I am a beekeeper and have had bees for 2 years.

💼 What’s your role at Bestbath and how long have you been here?

I am an Inside Sales Rep and I have been with Bestbath for 11 years.

🤝 What do you value most about Bestbath’s culture?

What I value most is the collaborative culture. All employees are always willing to support each other, share knowledge, and work together toward a common goal. It creates a positive environment where everyone feels like they're part of something bigger.

🏞️ What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time outdoors—it’s my way of recharging. I love activities like camping and paddle boarding, especially when I can explore new places or just relax in nature in the mountains. I’m also a big sports fan, so I enjoy watching football, soccer, softball, and college basketball. I stay active by playing softball when time allows. One of my favorite things to do outside of work is watching my daughter play softball. It’s such a joy to see her compete and grow as part of a team.
