Heads up, folks

We were set to start our salt deliveries today, but after this weekend’s freeze our crew is all hands on deck repairing frozen and broken pipes & pumps 🥶🥶

Because of that, salt delivery will kick off Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on how repair calls shake out.

We appreciate everyone’s patience — taking care of emergency water issues always comes first. Thanks for understanding! Try and stay warm out there, and keep those pumps and pipes bundled up as well!

We’re sending the information out again tonight, hoping to save at least a few people some headaches this Sunday! We haven’t had a freeze like this in some years, please make sure you run water tonight at all of your outdoor fixtures at a minimum! Lights and blankets are great as well, just keep fire hazards in mind when covering and using lamps!

We are told there is some cold weather on the way towards the end of this week! We wanted to leave a reminder for everyone to at least let your water run a steady trickle from any hose bibb throughout the night, at least while temps are below freezing!

If you don’t have water this morning, please be patient with us today! We have had 20+ calls in the last 30 minutes, it appears as though we had a cold night last night and everything is frozen up this morning, we’re working through these calls as quickly as we can.

-Pro tip- if you want to put a heat light, or run a blow dryer near your pressure switch/switch tubing, it should thaw out pretty quickly as long as you don’t have any other broken line issues.
