So, we just had a taste of summer! Man is it going to be a hot one. It's time to have all of your a/c ducts checked to make sure you are cooling your house and not your attic. Recently I repaired some duct work for a client. Sadly I found that the duct work was crushed limiting air flow and at both ends the duct was completely disconnected pumping cold air into the attic. Give Jim the Handyman a call to help you stay cool this summer.

Even the best laid plans sometimes need a little tweeking. This awesome swing set needed just a little more clearance for the kiddos coming off the slide. Soooo....we moved the wall! :) *tore out and salvaged brick cap, moved sprinkler lines and the electrical, Re built wall 4 feet back.
