9:30AM on Wednesday, May 27th Stand Update!
There is Lemon Balm, a pair of lovely green Hostas, and a box of unidentified plant bulbs in soil that could be Lilly's or maybe Iris?
Come take a plant on this hot mid week day!

The new stand has been placed in it's new location at the Cambridge Public Library! It suffered an accident with the string of pots in transport, please bare with me as I work to get it repaired and the pots placed. If anyone is in need of pots for donations, please let me know and we can make arrangements! There are seeds in the middle drawer, and both end drawers contain sticker labels, trash containers, and markers for labeling. Please also utilize the library to refill the water gallon as needed. If there's a time water is used but unable to be replenished, please hook the string through the handle of the jug, so as to prevent it from blowing away and becoming litter. A side note to also mention, the QR Code on the sign does appear to be down at this time. I'm also looking to see if this can be remedied. Please follow Take A Plant Leaf A Plant - Cambridge, MN and Take A Plant Leaf A Plant - Cambridge so you don't miss any updates! Have fun, get out there, and keep posting so people can stay in touch with how the stand is looking in real time!

Hello all! I want to apologize to you for keeping you hanging with the stand delays... It underwent design changes and many final touches and is finally finished! The goal was to make a perfect new stand for it's new home, and I think we did it! As a reminder, the stand is created by myself (and my very kind spouse) but this is a COMMUNITY effort! I want to highlight again once more at the beginning of the season, the stand rules! Yes, RULES! These are small but important rules to make this whole effort run smoothly and successfully for all, and I want to impress the staff and patrons of the Cambridge Public Library, and show them how Cambridge has lovely manners! Please keep our area and plants there neat, and cared for! I am counting on this community to work together to keep plants watered, post picture updates to the group when they visit, and make sure plants/accessories/trash is neat and tidy, it all belongs to us all. ♡
Stand due to be placed tomorrow, Saturday, May 15th!

There is yet another delay on the new stand construction! The rain has pushed it back along with a last minute design change... My apologies to all, however, there is freezing/close to freezing temps forecasted to occur overnight over the next several days, so not great for most plant life... I am aiming to get it completed and in place by the weekend as of now. But rest assured it is coming, and I will update everyone everywhere once it is in place! For now, I will give you guys a sneak peak of how it currently looks in the middle of it's renovation. It is still due to undergo a few changes, so it's going to look much different once its completed!

Announcement Time! As some of you may have noticed, road construction is qued up to begin on Hwy 95, where the T.A.P.L.A.P. Stand has been located. You may have also taken note that the existing stand has been removed, and perhaps you were wondering what that means for the T.A.P.L.A.P. season.... well I am here to officially announce that it shall return! With a NEW stand in a NEW location! The new stand I am hoping to have completed in the next couple weeks, with weather permitting... and am hopeful for a return to take place on Earth Day at The Cambridge Public Library! I am grateful for the administration at the Library for agreeing to host us, I believe it is the perfect location to host our free plant Library! I will continue to post more updates as the time nears closer to opening day!
