We started our Crackfill and Sealcoating jobs for the season this is 1 of many jobs we have lined up for the busy season. Pictured on the left we went in and Crackfilled the Cracks (which helps prevent rain and moisture from flowing through the pavement and causing erosion or failure. By stopping the entrance of water, the rate of deterioration of the pavement is significantly slowed). And pictured on the right we brushed sealer with several stiff brushes which allows the sealer to get down into the asphalt pores.(This protects and prolongs the life expectancy of asphalt pavement by filling surface damage and providing a protective layer to keep out damaging UV rays, vehicle fluids, and water.)

●Sealing it is an important part of keeping it looking like new for a long time. The sealant, which sits on top of the driveway, acts as a barrier that prevents water, ice, car fluids, the sun, salt and other chemicals from staining and eating away at the surface of the driveway.
