I was today years old when I learned from the 1st grade class that I share a birthday with Mercy Watson.

They celebrated her birthday with her favorite toast and butter. They were so sweet and shared a piece of toast with me and sang me Happy Birthday.

Supper with family and a delicious pumpkin dessert from my Mother-in-Law. So many well wishes from friends and family. Blessings upon blessings. Pretty sweet day. God is so good.

The old chalkboard got a switcherew this weekend. The wintery feels were tucked away and spring woke up this sleepy corner.

I tucked some babies breath into the mix as we prepare for and ‘s wedding. There will be more scattered through the house to welcome our guests who are coming to help celebrate their special day.

We are so excited for these two to start this next chapter of their lives.

Wind: hair blown every which way
Water & Earth: melting snow mixed with dirt that is now in the form of mud on your boots and pants and…
Fire: maybe hot under the collar with that one in the bunch that just refuses to go the same direction as everyone else; there’s always gotta be one in the bunch

All worth it. Blessings upon blessings! God is good! And the cows don’t give a hoot what ya look like. Just which pocket the treats are in. Happy Saturday!
