•A state-of-the-art TV studio with control room
•Public podcasting and production suitesAn expanded art gallery
•Flexible event, classroom, and meeting spaces
The reception lobby welcomes visitors to UMA with a new interior accessible ramp, expanded seating area, reception desk, and accessible lift to the lower level. The storefront podcasting suite allows the public to watch live tapings and events, while the expanded art gallery corridor provides ease of circulation to support spaces and the lower level. Their flagship space, Studio A, features an adjustable platform floor for multiple stage and seating arrangements, and oversized rear doors allow flow during events into the renovated kitchen.
