You don’t notice the floor right away—and that’s the point.

By the time you reach a hilltop home like this—turn after turn, climbing into the quiet—you’re met first with light, openness, and stillness.
Then slowly, the warmth underfoot. The subtle grain. The way the finish absorbs light instead of reflecting it.

We took this solid red oak back to its beginning, and rebuilt it with intention—layering Bona Amber Sealer and Traffic HD Matte just enough to bring out its depth, without losing its natural feel.

Up here, everything slows down.
And the details matter more.

A floor that doesn’t ask for attention—but earns it.
