This shed was in a bad way for needing a new roof. We got to work an stripped it finding we needed to resheet one whole side. Plenty of life left in this extra storage space now for years to come.

On this project we reglazed a cast iron tub. Removed the old cookie cutter tile. Installed tile around the tub. Removed vinyl flooring and installed this awesome floor tiles! This customer had everything laid out in her head we just brought it to life for her!

A little transformation we did earlier in the year. Upon arrival we found the subfloor and floor joists in the bathroom in deteriorating conditions so we worked with the customer came up with a plan an we think it really paid off! Flooring, Trim, Plumbing, Paint, and Lighting. This one bedroom unit is back in shape an producing income for the customer!

A much needed face lift for a customers rental property bathroom. No before pictures unfortunately as we were tasked to remove a cast iron tub with glue on surround in one day and replace with this as this unit is Tenant Occupied. Still some finishing touches left to do but what a journey this has been. Lots of challenges, lots of hours, and tons of lost sleep. I can’t thank Jordan Mummau enough for allowing me the opportunity to tackle this project. My before and after pictures are lacking but giving this old butcher house new life was an awesome and super informative experience. I appreciate everyone who has helped me along the way as they say we can only go up from here.

Our first official post! Thank you for everyone for pushing me to do what I love to do. This is a project that was just completed. 500 sq ft of Laminate flooring installed.
