Our annual visitor stopped by today — a blue heron that comes back each year.
We design 11 sanctuary habitat areas across the farm so birds, pollinators, and native life can move through the system — not decoration, but working infrastructure.
Have you seen this heron here before? Tell us where in the comments.

Starting an agricultural education project — or building an orchard that means something?
We connect the right plants to the right hands. Let’s talk. ❤️

The field doesn't grow alone. It needs allies.
Her first pollinator habitat is alive — and the agave already knows it.
Every bee, every butterfly, every quiet visit that seems invisible
is actually the secret heartbeat of the harvest.
This isn't decoration. This is farming that understands the full circle.
🌸 Proud. Rightfully so.

A new chapter begins for our emus.
Today they started exploring their new habitat — walking, observing, and slowly making it their own. It’s always special to see animals adapt to a fresh space with curiosity and confidence.

New home, new adventures. ❤️

We’re not connected to the grid. By choice.
Every light, every tool, every decision made at The Agave Farm
runs on what the sun gives us that day.
No backup plan.
No utility bill.
Just trust in the land we built this on.
Solar-powered. Fully off-grid.
Because a farm that believes in doing things right
starts with how it powers itself.

This is what we wake up to every morning.
Hundreds of rows across the valley.
Wild land surrounding everything we’ve built.
Open sky. Honest ground.
This isn’t a backdrop.
This is the reason.
The space that reminds us why we do things slowly,
carefully, and without shortcuts.
