Meet the fruit behind the color. ⬇️🌵
No dye, no concentrate.

This magenta comes straight out of the prickly pear (tuna), a desert fruit people have been drinking across Mexico, Sicily, and North Africa for generations. We smash the pulp into a paste so you can make it your own: a spoon in water, a scoop in your smoothie, a swirl through yogurt.

One 16 oz jar = 16 glasses. Small batch, straight off the farm.

Tomorrow we’re brining a very limited amount of our Marbled Ginger Peaches to the farmers market, and we expect to sell out early!

These are organic peaches, grown in our soil health-first orchard in Campo. They’re just picked, tree-ripened, and at peak flavor. This season we used bird-netting to help save these peaches from the birds so we could bring the, to market instead of watcing the birds enjoy all of them first.

They’ll be available in a 2-pint box with 3-5 peaches for $9!

These are truly special peaches, and we expect them to go fast, so please come early! 🍑

🌱 Nearly 3,000 agaves. Five acres. One big step for California agriculture.

We’re honored to be the plant partner for Madera Community College’s new Agave Innovation Center. Together, we’re helping identify agave varieties that can thrive in the Central Valley while using significantly less water than many traditional crops.

Some of your acres are already telling you they’re done.

This is what you plant there instead.

“Most agaves grow wide. This one grew tall — and took decades to earn it.”

Most plants adapt to survive.
The Cuishe was built to endure.
While others spread low and fast, Agave Karwinskii rises slowly — growing a woody trunk no other agave develops. It takes years just to become recognizable. More years to become worthy.
That patience isn’t a flaw.
It’s the source of everything worth tasting.
At The Agave Farm, we don’t rush what time is still building.
Every decision feeds something.
Here, it feeds complexity. Character. Legacy.
