Here it is, pressure treated deck package pricing for the 2024 season. All decks are figured as a free standing deck, meaning they will not be attached to your dwelling. Package price is subject to change if you would like deck attached to dwelling. These pricrs are for the specific size listed but don’t be afraid to ask about pricing on any sized deck, all estimates are free!
Now with all that being said, here are the package prices:

•8’x8’-$3500
•8’x10’-$3800
•8’x12’-$4400
•8’x14’-$4700
•8’x16’-$5200

Decks are all figured to meet all code requirements!

Prices are subject to change depending on your taste when it comes to the finish, all will meet or exceed code requirements as far as framing and spindle spacing etc..
also do custom work so if you have an idea about what you want please don’t be afraid reach out to me, all estimates are free!

It has been a bit since I have posted anything but here are some update pics on our current project. We are gaining ground on this bad boy every day. Onto bracing and strapping the roof system next and then steel roofing is going on. Really rewarding process watching it come together!
