I’ve noticed a lot of new followers and I just wanted to reach out to everyone to say thank you for following us on our Journey and supporting our Farm! For those who don’t know us; we started this farm/idea in 2025 when me and my fiance at the time, now husband, were looking for a place to call home! With dedication, some amazing help from family and friends we were able to get into our place in the end of December! By January we were moved into our place here on Latimer Hill!

From there we began creating our farm! I (Gabby) personally come from a farming household of mainly Chickens (with some other birds thrown in between) and have been doing this since I was young (roughly 5 years old or so) so this wasn’t new to me! My now husband, this was all kind of a new experience for him 😆 he believed in me and us and was ready for whatever came his way.

Harding Hollow Farm was then formed! We began with three chickens and 2 ducks and began to quickly grow from there! Now it being September we have grown to 26 chickens and 4 ducks with added bonus members of Muffin our newest puppy, Daisy our indoor cat and Sonic our hedgehog! Down the road we’ve suffered loss of animals which is always heartbreaking and stressful to say the least, but continue to grow our homesteading lifestyle!

So to some up this long post; we are entirely grateful to all those that support us on our journey!

Another happy customer today! We are so glad to slowly build our clientele, because come next year we will be a hot spot for Eggs and baked goods!
