Looking for someone with well rounded knowledge who can perform maintenance service calls. Valid license is required and vehicle may be provided (TBD) Must be able to change out a faucet or electrical outlet, install replacement windows / doors, Complete C of O inspection lists. You would be tasked with completing service calls for 200+ units that we service. When not on service calls you may be pulled into the field onto bigger projects. We are a company that provides all property needs we do everything but driveways! We would like to personally like to thank Rich Hand and his company Anytime Pest Control for helping us out in a pinch.

Client had some rot in the siding on the second floor bedroom where the second floor deck attaches to the house, when we removed the rot and in attached the deck after supporting the bedroom and deck (under the bedroom is a walk out patio, we found the existing 19”x 6” by 28 foot hem fir beam completely infested with carpenter ants.

Rich came out multiple times to help us prevent the carpenter ants from spreading and finding a new home in the house as we removed and repaired the damage.

Needless to say a major crisis averted and on to the next!
