This 10 x 10 deck was rotting off of the house. Dangerous to even stand on. We replaced it with beefy beams and monstrous peers and posts to support the 32 x 12 deck with composite deck boards that are soft on the feet! The dachshund approves!

This medium size bathroom was taken down to the studs. We created a custom floating vanity, and the clear glass enclosure with minimal hardware keeps the bathroom looking as big as it is. It’s hard to see the full length shelf in the shower and the gradual slant with the linear, draining the full width of the shower, but was loved and useful for the customer.

This was a make ready medical space. You have to use some imagination to see what we did, but we added a lunchroom with sink, an island with a clinical sink, power and cabinets, a few hundred data drops, a few dozen 110 outlets, a half a dozen 220 outlets for big equipment, custom plumbing drains for medical equipment and patient room with check-in window.  Lots of light blue walls!

Large bathroom with walk-in shower, rainfall, body spray, and LED lighting everywhere in a master suite created from two wonky closets and a water damaged bathroom with a poorly designed laundry room in a hallway. Lots of gray, but it works!  the open shower and extra light from the rollout window was the favorite features for the customer.
