What do you think? This house was painted 9 years ago and then touched up 4 years later by other painters. They used the most expensive top of the line paint with LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Yet Sherwin Williams won’t honor the warranty because it doesn’t cover fading! What’s the point of the warranty? Went to advocate for my clients but couldn’t get my sales representative to give any concessions. Really disappointed!
Do you think they (Sherwin Williams) should do something for people thinking they wouldn’t have to paint again? Thoughts?
