From crisp fall to festive glow ✨

This North Carolina porch was ready for a little seasonal love. Same layout — now refreshed with cozy layers, festive lighting, and my favorite detail: star-patterned ceramic tile from Wayfair that adds just the right sparkle underfoot.

✨ Small Bathroom, Big Upgrade

This guest bathroom had an awkward layout and outdated finishes — but it had potential. I reimagined the space with a smarter floorplan and a fresh, modern feel:

✔️ Swapped the toilet and sink for better flow
✔️ Replaced the tub with a walk-in shower
✔️ Added a natural rattan + wood vanity with brass fixtures
✔️ Mounted a mirror over the window
✔️ Brightened it all up with white walls + patterned tile

The result? A space that feels bigger, brighter, and finally makes sense.

✨ A vintage kitchen, reimagined.

Over a decade ago, I snapped a photo of this kitchen — a tired, awkward space that had clearly seen better days. It wasn’t pretty, but it had potential.

Fast forward to today: I reimagined it with warm oak cabinetry, wide plank oak floors, and a crisp island wrapped in white quartz with soft grey and black veining. The transformation is clean, grounded, and timeless.

OLD design + staging job from 15+ years ago 😊
Back then, bold colors were everywhere—think oranges, greens, and blues. That was the look and the trend at the time.

Fast-forward to today: interiors lean more natural, calm, and soothing in both color and feel.

✨ Sneak Preview — Encino Kitchen ✨

Sharing a peek at this modern yet timeless kitchen in a beautiful Encino home — now in its final stage.

Featuring cream cabinetry with quartz countertops and a matching backsplash, this space balances warmth and elegance. The layout design and material palette were developed in collaboration with the homeowners, while prefab cabinetry was elevated through expert craftsmanship and detailing.

A favorite feature? The custom range hood cover, hand-built by our installer — a true master carpenter.
