Dirty cats can inhibit the draft on your stove. If you have a lazy draft, check your chimney cap and if applicable, check the cats. All I can say is wow. This poor couple has had their fireplace cleaned the last few years by a local chimney sweep that no longer here. He was active for about 4 years here in Fremont County and westcliffe. This company never got on the roof, never did any smoke tests or took pictures or anything, needless to say, the fireplace was smoking their house up. The previous chimney sweep was a really nice guy, and a real people person, but that doesn’t get your chimney cleaned. Im not going to name names, but if this sounds like your experience in the last four years, I’m now super worried about potential chimney fires, please give us a call. We only charge $99, it doesn’t matter the roof or if it’s two stories, if your local Fremont county it’s $99. We charge $159 for surrounding areas
