Located just three doors down from my previous residence, I had the opportunity to construct a modern deck for Becky and Scott w. Situated on the river, the deck features toasted sand Trex decking and an elegant black powder-coated aluminum railing. The stairs, measuring 24 feet in length, provide a gentle slope from the deck to the boat dock, ensuring a safe and seamless transition. This frame was meticulously crafted in 4 hours to achieve its current appearance. Given its height of less than 30 inches off the ground, no permit was required in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations. Rest assured, all aspects adhere to code. Although the project is still underway, with completion anticipated by the weekend, I invite you to review the details. Ideally, I aim to complete two such projects weekly, as this aligns with my long-term objectives.
