We are a custom closet company based in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh . We specialize in mid to higher end closet / garage organizer installations in both residential and commercial environments. We are a small firm focused on the highest quality installations possible. Great opportunity for someone looking for long term growth potential.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Each employee should possess a good attitude and the ability to think outside the box when presented with a problem.

We will also provide on the job training for motivated individuals with strong work ethic, and a desire for long term employment. We currently have one opening.

Candidates in a related industry may also apply, these would include:

- Trim Carpenter
- Kitchen / Bath installer
- General construction.

Requirements:
- Must be detail oriented
- Must: be able to interact with high end clientele, designers and contractors.
- Have the ability to work independently and with other employees.
- Have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Be highly motivated
- Have the ability to quickly and logically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of residential construction including framing/structure.
- Be able to comfortably work power and hand tools.
- Know how to use a level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to work flexible hours, although most work is 9-5.
- Be able to lift heavy items (most closet systems are MDF / plywood)
- Preform basic trim carpentry ( base, scribe, crown)
- Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

- Organize inventory for jobs
- Deliver and pre-stage closet systems
- Pre-Wiring low voltage cabling for led lighting in closets.
- Build ( from instructions) and install pre engineered closet cabinets
- Installing and terminating various kinds of low-voltage cables.
- Layout and measure closets / Mudrooms / Laundry rooms
- Small Drywall repair & Paint
- Garage organizer systems
- Some level of trim work ( crown / baseboards )
- Epoxy flooring systems

Compensation:

- Full Time Position w/ at least 40hrs a week
- Hourly and Salary Positions are available.
- Benefits are available after 1 year of employment as are paid vacations and paid sick time.
