It’s always rewarding to see projects like this come together.
Upgrading existing housing isn’t just about replacing fixtures. It’s about working within tight constraints, coordinating with existing conditions, and making smart decisions that improve durability and resident experience long-term.
On this project, that meant rethinking compact layouts, aligning with accessibility requirements, and coordinating closely with Rogue Engineering & Design to ensure everything worked in the field, not just on paper.
Appreciate the collaboration on this one. These are the kinds of projects that make a real, day-to-day impact.
Another great project in the books with a local housing authority! 👏🏽🏡
This project focused on upgrading outdated bathing facilities by replacing existing tubs and showers with new walk-in, ADA-compliant shower systems 🚿. The work included full demolition of existing units, installation of new liners and plumbing systems, and careful coordination to ensure long-term durability and reliability.
Beyond accessibility, the design prioritized sustainability, indoor air quality, and long-term performance 🌱—delivering a solution that is not only safer and more inclusive, but also built to last. Thoughtful planning around constructability and maintainability helped ensure a smooth installation process and a high-quality end result.
A big thank you to Rosemont Design for collaborating with us on this project—great teamwork all around! 🤝
A solid step forward in improving resident comfort, safety, and overall quality of life through practical, well-executed engineering. 💡
