Before and after freshening up this home in Grass Lake. It will be on the market soon. Some repair work and a couple coats of paint go a long way!
I suggested natural tan for the walls in the main areas to brighten things up without requiring extra coats for coverage. Whites and off whites typically require more than 2 coats to cover medium to deep colors. It ended up being a great compromise!

Color matching white colors is no easy feat. That’s the only limitation of the Sherwin Williams Color Snap Tool. It’s really amazing for anything but whites.
The goal with this particular task was to not have to paint the entire ceiling since the house is being sold. The homeowner just wanted to hide this hideous repair work.
A few skim coats, some primer and a small paint touch up and not even my trained eye can see the transition!
