We have successfully completed a partial bathroom remodel in Braintree. The renovation features a spacious new shower stall with a custom tile pan, a marble-topped bench, and two conveniently located niches. The shower is equipped with a new glass slider and updated trim and hardware. Additionally, we installed a new vanity, sink, and resized the closet to accommodate the expansive shower. Big photo dump of the Lowell job. On this job I’ve been on for nearly a year finishing 53 apartment units and 2 huge commercial spaces. The work entailed all kitchen installs, doors (entry and interior), staircases and railings, decking, bathroom finishes, baseboard and all window and door trim as well as decorative light mouldings for hallway and picture mouldings wrapping the units.

Bathroom remodel complete ✅. This comprehensive renovation involved gutting the space down to the joists and studs, installing a new subfloor, and adding a larger tub, new elongated toilet, and relocated door to optimize space. The chase was tightened up to provide more space, and a vent fan was added and vented to the outside to address the mold problem. The bathroom features a brand-new tile surround with a custom niche for shower products, moisture-resistant drywall, and PVC trim. The outdated radiator and cover were replaced with a kickspace heater under the vanity. New recessed lighting and fixtures were installed, including a recessed medicine cabinet, vanity lighting, and a wall cabinet for storage above the new toilet. The result is a beautifully finished space for another happy customer.
