If anyone is looking for projects requiring a permit needs to start the process a month and half before work begins. The permitting offices are overwhelmed and understaffed at the moment with the influx of work coming in. Please be patient with all of us. Thanks!

Nice little exterior refresh/completion for a client. They had started back deck roof posts and partially hung hardie sheets for board and batten siding. We completed the siding, built decks and deck roof on back. This was an old army barrack. Anything can look better with a refresh.
