This customer called because of a heavy water leak from air conditioning unit located in the basement 💧

On this service call, we found a cracked condensate pump that was preventing water from properly draining out of the system. Because the unit was located in the basement, the failed pump was causing water to build up and leak into the mechanical room.

Our team replaced the pump, refreshed the drain piping, and tested the system to make sure everything was working properly again ✅
