MEET THE TEAM: TYLER ORALL

Say hello to Tyler Orall, one of our Window Installers here at Stark Glass Block.

Tyler has called Stark County home for the past 13 years, and when he's not out on the job helping bring projects to life, he's putting his creative side to work. He enjoys playing piano, drawing, and cooking; which officially makes him one of the most well-rounded people on any jobsite.

One of Tyler's favorite parts of working at Stark Glass Block is having a voice within the company, helping people, and building genuine connections with the customers we serve.

He brings positivity, fresh ideas, and a mindset that helps keep us moving forward and getting better every day.

Outside of work, Tyler stays involved at Rivertree Community Church in Massillon, where he occasionally helps lead worship.

His personal motto is:

“Every setback is a setup. When you don't know what to do, know that God's got a plan.”

We're grateful to have Tyler as part of the Stark Glass Block team and appreciate the positivity, creativity, and perspective he brings with him.

MEET THE TEAM: BECCA HART

Say hello to Becca Hart, our Operations Coordinator and Window Builder here at Stark Glass Block.

A lifelong Stark County resident, Becca helps keep SGB running smoothly while also getting hands-on in the shop building windows for our customers.

When she's not at work, you'll probably find her spending time with family and friends, diamond painting, or crocheting something awesome.

One of Becca's favorite parts of the job is getting to meet new and interesting people, helping others, and taking on the physical challenges that come with the work.

She also brings a unique ability to multitask like a champ and help keep the team's mindset on track; even on the wild days.

Her favorite mottos?

"Day by Day."

and

"If I'm willing to complain about it, I'm willing to do it."

We're pretty sure that second one is part of the reason everything gets done around here.

We're grateful to have Becca as part of the Stark Glass Block family.

MEET THE TEAM: LINDSAY HART

Say hello to Lindsay Hart, our Business Operations Assistant and Bookkeeper here at Stark Glass Block.

A lifelong Stark County local, Lindsay plays an important role in keeping the business organized, the books in order, and projects moving forward.

Outside of work, she enjoys bicycle riding, hiking with her dogs, and camping or traveling whenever she gets the chance.

One of Lindsay’s favorite things about Stark Glass Block is the positive team atmosphere; a place where everyone respects one another, works hard, and still knows how to have fun.

She’s always ready to lend a hand, whether that means organizing the books or picking up materials from vendors to help keep projects on schedule.

Lindsay also stays involved with Rivertree Massillon and women’s Bible studies, and has a heart for listening to and encouraging others.

Her personal motto says it all:

“Love deeply. Encourage boldly. Set boundaries wisely.”

MEET THE TEAM: TIM HART

Say hello to Tim Hart, CEO and Owner of Stark Glass Block!

Tim is a longtime Stark County resident who loves spending time with his family, helping friends with their “five-minute projects” that somehow turn into full-day adventures, and ending the night around a bonfire pretending he knows how to roast the perfect marshmallow.

At Stark Glass Block, Tim is all about leading with integrity, solving problems, and helping people create projects they're genuinely excited about.

Basically, if it involves a window, teamwork, and good people... he's in.

Tim also stays connected to the community through Rivertree Community Church and the Iron 2 Iron Men's Group. He works to live out his personal motto every day:

“If you want better, be better, and the world around you will be better.”

We're proud to have Tim leading the Stark Glass Block team as we continue building on more than 45 years of trusted craftsmanship and look ahead to an exciting future.

You’ve seen the work. You’ve seen the finished projects. You’ve probably heard the name Stark Glass Block.

But over the next week, we want you to meet the people behind it all.

Stark Glass Block isn’t just a name on a truck or a sign on the building. We’re a team of people who take pride in what we do, care about the work we put our name on, and genuinely enjoy helping customers bring their projects to life.
