Up to 5 copies of the Custom Finished Plans ready to be submitted to your city or county for approval. All of our designs are Florida ADA approved!! DreamCatcher Designs has a DreamTeam of Professionals who believe it is very important to ensure that you are fully satisfied with our Stock Plans and/or Custom Designs. We believe it is very important to communicate with you, our Builders, Clients, and Local Governing Agencies, to help with the design process. The quality of our designs and our excellent reputation with the Local City and County Inspection Departments will help get your design approved fast. We can customize any of our designs to meet your needs, such as, re-sizing rooms, adding porches & decks, changing windows, enlarging your garage to accommodate recreational vehicles, and adjusting any feature of your home, are just some of the changes we can make for you. These customization services are performed on an hourly basis unless stated in our written proposal. Minor modifications usually can be made accurately, quickly, and inexpensively. Plans do not include:

H.V.A.C. plans: because of regional inequalities iin the climate and fluctuations of local building codes. These plans can be available through any of your local, licensed H.V.A.C. subcontractors.
